More PTO per week and maybe give the raises we are promised

Bosses need to quit acting like a king, and act more like a team leader.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Bosses of different crafts need to be more open to question instead of acting like your not important to them
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We keep getting kicked off jobs and we aren't allowed to make offers on certain jobs because of our bad rep. (Not our department)
