As Chief Human Resources Officer, Aaron Wattam strengthens the people-related strategies for Avetta’s global employees and supports the OneAvetta strategy.

Aaron has over 25 years of HR experience leading people strategy and global human resources teams in technology, oil & gas, distribution & logistics and manufacturing organizations.

Prior to joining Avetta, Aaron served as Vice-President of Global Human Resources at Paradigm, a leading developer of software and analytics solutions for the global oil and gas industry. He led in this capacity from January 2011 to December 2017 when the company was acquired by Emerson; and from December 2017 through December 2019 for the newly formed Emerson E&P Software. Mr. Wattam also managed global human resources at Umbra, a leader in design-oriented consumer products, and worked at Talisman Energy (now Respol), Marsan Foods, General Motors and Unilever in various roles.
