I get to do meaningful work, I get to make decisions about my work and I am allowed a decent amount of autonomy in my work. I am rewarded and recognized for my efforts and my teammates are my friends.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a very engaged workplace! On the local level, we do community outreach. Globally, we embrace the principles of the United Nations Global Compact to increase transparency and sustainability of our operations and commit to being socially and environmentally responsible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very invested in the growth of all employees and they are are always sensitive to the fact that their decisions affect not just our clients and our profits, but individual employee's lives - and they are committed to making them the best!
