Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Someone who has a grasp of the job and knows what they are doing
Work Life Balance giving maditory time off for everyone not coming in on days of no production
For payments to be paid on time, and not get cheated
I'm highly specialized and asked to do a lot for different departments. I manage over $100M in annual spend. I would feel better if my compensation was comparable with other treasury analysts at our competitors.

Stop buying cheap equipment our Cost manager worries too much about his bonus not the employees
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Employement team needs to greet you at the entrance to help you get to the room where the interview is, was late due to not knowing and nobody greeting me
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our Treasurer is unqualified and disrespectful. He's not clear with expectations and very reliant on our team to do his work.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Higher google ranking and less hours.
