Plant Manager clueless but likes to fire people to show his authority- corporate is completely irresponsible b/c they support him and long term employees are made out to be liars and threats to the company. Not a place to consider if you want a career, Fleetwood management is completely disengaged
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Show employees more support, hold management more accountable, call Plant Manager out for bully he is.
