Reasonably strong social culture and most everyone has an open door policy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Serious issues with middle management and career development for many employees, especially lower level employees for a company that values employee retention. Meaningful growth is available to the top 0.1% of employees, otherwise it is subjectively given by managers, and often outright stymied.
