They need to get better at leadership because they all think they are in charge

I would appreciate if I made 18 or more I'm so tired and don't make enough money that my mental health is horrible

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
That when you tell them the days you can work they agree to that and don't try to change your mind in to thinking oh yeah you can do this when I have a life out side of this job
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get better management people who know what they are doing and know how to treat there employees right and things would get done properly
