David Michael Lund — Chief Financial Officer at White Oak Global Advisors

Mr. David Michael Lund serves as an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Hercules Capital, Inc. Mr. Lund serves as Chief Financial Officer at White Oak Global Advisors LLC. He is responsible for all funds and corporate accounting and reporting. Mr. Lund also served as an Executive Officer of UrbanMedia Communications Corporation. Previously Mr. Lund served as the Chief Financial Officer at Hercules Technology Growth Capital, Inc. from October 2, 2006 to May 31, 2011 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until May 31, 2011. He joined Hercules Technology in July 2005 as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller and served as Acting Principal Financial Officer and Acting Principal Accounting Officer of Hercules Technology Growth Capital since August 9, 2005 and its Senior Corporate Controller from July 6, 2005 to October 2006. Mr. Lund served as Corporate Controller for Rainmaker Systems Inc. from January 2005 to July 2005 and was responsible for all accounting operations, all SEC reporting and corporate tax reporting, as well as for coordinating the internal control review for compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act. Previously, Mr. Lund served as Corporate Controller for Centillium Communications from January 2003 to February 2005. He held senior financial positions for public companies including, InterTrust Technologies. Mr. Lund served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for APT Technologies from April 2002 to January 2003. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Scion Photonics, Inc. from February 2001 to March 2002. Mr. Lund served as an Executive Officer of Grant Thornton LLP and Ernst & Young LLP, where he served in audit roles. He received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from San Jose State University and a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University, Chico.
