Myntra is fast paced Indian company. It runs on college grads and senior software Engineers who runs day and night to push the requirements. The iteration rate of company is very high. There is very high expectations from senior software Engineers and technical leads. No work life balance.

Leadership should be more employee centric rather than pressure building centric

Unable to retain experience people . High iteration rate. Pressurising current employees to push their limits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The lateral hires were give very high compensation compare to people who were experienced in company. With time the compensation is below market standards. Flipkart stocks are worthless as when it will go IPO no body knows.
