Leadership should be more employee centric rather than pressure building centric
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have experience and I am doing my job perfectly. So I deserve more salary too.
The lateral hires were give very high compensation compare to people who were experienced in company. With time the compensation is below market standards. Flipkart stocks are worthless as when it will go IPO no body knows.

Unable to retain experience people . High iteration rate. Pressurising current employees to push their limits.
