What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To be more congruent. To be part of every culture experience to lead by example.
No need to provide feedback. The focus is on revenue and meeting revenue goals. Executive and three to four levels down is primarily made up of all white males. There are a few that are not white but no females. Little to no real opportunity for females. Leadership is cutthroat culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most Office Managers in the LA area are averaging a salary of that 15k-30k more than me. I do love this company though, but I would also liked to be paid somewhere in the median level.
