John Nicholas McMullen — CFO & Executive VP at 3D Systems Corporation

Mr. John Nicholas McMullen has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of 3D Systems Corporation since July 01, 2016. Mr. McMullen serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Shoreline Investment Management Co. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President at Eastman Kodak Company since June 15, 2014 until June 30, 2016 and served as its Member of the Executive Council. Mr. McMullen was responsible for Kodak's financial strategy and all functions within Kodak's Finance organization. He has over three decades of progressive finance leadership experience. He has deep knowledge of the commercial imaging and printing industries, having held a series of senior financial roles during a 32-year career with HP and predecessor companies, Compaq Computer and Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. McMullen served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Hewlett-Packard Company from March 1, 2007 to July 1, 2013. He was employed at Hewlett-Packard Co. for 20 years. He was Chief Financial Officer of HP's Imaging and Printing Group. From June 1998 to May 2002, he held a variety of executive positions with Compaq Computer Corporation, (now a division of Hewlett-Packard), including Vice President of Finance and Strategy for Worldwide Sales and Services Group and Director of finance. He was Director of Investor Relations at Compaq. Over a seventeen year period, Mr. McMullen held a variety of finance positions with Digital Equipment Corporation, a computer manufacturer. He was Controller of DEC's Worldwide Products Division. He serves as Director at Shoreline Investment Management Co. He has been an Independent Director of Vocera Communications, Inc. since June 2011. Mr. McMullen earned a B.A. degree in Finance with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts in 1981.
