I like that supervisors do respect employees and are ready to help solve the issues that may arise.

Being able to request assistance is importnat, as I sometimes do not know something. Knowing that I have someone to receive advice from is useful.

I train my brain with all this writing and consequently receive teh possibility to read more. In compariosn, I could read about 10 pages a day when I started and currently it is about 50 - 100 pages depending on the text difficulty.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the possibility to have time for work and rest. I need to sleep a lot and so the possibility to choose time is important. I like that I can improve my knowledge concerning the topics I write. Currently, I got to know a lot of interesting information.
