Mr. Mitchall G. Clark, also known as Mitch, Bpharm, MRPharmS, has been the Chief Regulatory & Quality Assurance Officer and Executive Vice President at Atara Biotherapeutics, Inc. since March 2014. Mr. Clark serves as Regulatory Affairs & Quality Advisor of Aadi Bioscience, Inc. He has more than 30 years in international regulatory affairs with Schering AG, FH Faulding/Purepac & APP/Abraxis,cClinical and manufacturing QA, drug safety and clinical operations. Prior to joining Atara, he served as Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Los Angeles-based Nantworks Group of Companies where he established the regulatory affairs function. Mr. Clark served as the Head of Regulatory Affairs at DNIB Unwind, Inc. since June 2013. Mr. Clark served as Senior Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs of Fresenius Kabi Pharmaceuticals Holding, Inc. He served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs ABI Division of Fresenius Kabi Pharmaceuticals Holding, Inc. since May 2002. Mr. Clark served as Senior Vice President of Gobal Regulatory Affairs of Abraxis BioScience, Inc. since November 2007, where he was responsible for global approvals for Abraxane?? and regulatory for early stage to postmarketing of nab products. From 2002 to October 2010, he served as Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Quality Assurance and Safety at American Bioscience Inc. From August 2012 to June 2013, he served as Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at NantPharma, LLC. From June 2011 to December 2012, he served as a Regulatory Consultant to various companies. From October 2010 to June 2011, he served as Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Celgene Corporation. He served as Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs of Abraxis BioScience, Inc. from April 2006 to November 2007. From May 1997 to September 1998, Mr. Clark served as Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs of VivoRx, Inc. Prior to that, from April 1996 to May 1997, he served as Senior Director of regulatory affairs of Faulding, Inc. Mr. Clark received B.Pharma from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.
