Mr. Clark served as Senior Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs of Fresenius Kabi Pharmaceuticals Holding, Inc. He served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs ABI Division of Fresenius Kabi Pharmaceuticals Holding, Inc. since May 2002.
