Team does not work together well, all more concerned with impressing management, that more concerned about “optics” of a problem rather than solving a problem
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Toxic, culture of favoritism and not based on trust or respect
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Do not feel I was offered a fair compensation package at first, felt like it was a “low ball offer” and turned them down at first, in retrospect I should have refused the second offer

See no way to improve, company likely not to succeed
