What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love our franchise owners. I love our location and am proud of our food.
They keep each employee informed on what is going on in the company.
The really care about their workers
They're really cool people and aren't super strict but want you to get the work done
They are very good at making some tough decisions sometimes.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I wish we could have cheap health insurance.
I can have my whole family covered
Everything, I work part time and it's just an added bonus
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My hourly wage is only nine dollars and they don’t really offer full-time positions
What are some of the best things about your team?
They were trained by me
Teamwork makes the dreams work.
We do work well together and there is no drama at the workplace.
They help each other out when things get rough
We all joke around when times are slow and everyone gets everyone
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just being with great Co workers and customers.
Management never disrespects or demeans it’s employees no matter how that part
We look out for one another
We are all really great people and joke around with each other
Everyone at least pretends to like each other.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was hired right away because of my experience
I like that wanted to know me as an individual and not just about my availability.
The interview process for this company was fairly quick and easy. The manager and owners had great personalities and positive attitudes.
They were very kind to me the whole time
The woman interviewing me was very upbeat and made a very good first impression. We were even able to drop being professional for a second and just talk as two people.

What makes you most happy at work?
When Its a steady pace
Eating lunch! I also look forward to seeing the same customers day after day.
I do enjoy my coworkers. They all have positive attitudes everyday that we work together and they are really helpful.
My mangers respect me and I love that makes me want to work
