Based on the benchmarking i've done, im seeing that other tier 2 deskside support techs make between 60-70,000 dollars annually and i want to make sure I'm staying in line with my industry peers.

In 2020 and 2021, I received pay increases that were less than 1% while in previous years, they had never been less that 3%. I am the most knowledgeable person in my office and I even train new team members. Responsibilities at my position increased yet I received a miniscule 1% raise both years.

Netcentrics is a fast paced company specializing in cybersecurity however there is a level of motivation, eagerness, and mission oriented that is required, and if you have what it takes to secure our nation then without a doubt anyone would enjoy the process.

Favortism shown to certain employees who are allowed to get away with whatever they want to do.

We expected no Christmas party but there was no courtesy email about not having it. Also, there was no Christmas/year end bonus, nor any email about not getting one. If you can't give the bonus, show that you give a damn about your people and LET THEM KNOW. The raise was < 1% the past two years.
