I really enjoy my ability to be creative in my position.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very casual, which I think is appropriate for a retail position that isn't full time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They only offer any benefits to full time workers, and there's way more part timers than full timers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My managers are always team players. They put themselves in the shoes of the workers to actually help out instead of just barking orders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone looks out for each other. We don't let customers take advantage of us, and we don't take advantage of each other. This kindness extends outside of the workplace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm friends with a lot of the people I work with. I'm lucky to get along with them all, even those I'm not close with. We all look out for each other.
