Good! Other then the FES that has a poor work ethic and makes the work place undesirable for me and my coworkers everything else is good!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about my work environment is most of the co workers. However as mentioned before there is a particular FES who goes out of his way to make the work place a hostile, unfair work environment.
