The most positive thing about my work environment is most of the co workers. However as mentioned before there is a particular FES who goes out of his way to make the work place a hostile, unfair work environment.

Everyone looks out for each other. We don't let customers take advantage of us, and we don't take advantage of each other. This kindness extends outside of the workplace.
