Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

The base pay and profit-sharing/bonus. This year the company chose not to go with COL adjustments to salary even which was disappointing and only the top performers got raises/appraisals which. My manager told me that although I was "exceptional" I wasn't as exceptional still which was confusing.

Review from Content Dept

I feel valued! However, while I'm extremely grateful for my job; I think that our software engineer pay scale could be a better.

Review from Engineering Dept

I thought raises were a little short changed. There are also big discrepancies in salary's among employees, which should be addressed. Additionally I think it's weird to have someone I have never met in Melbourne making the finial decision on what my raise should be.

Review from Engineering Dept

If I was paid market rate, had equity or access to bonuses to fairly compensate my role, I might feel valued.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

There's should be a transparent system for providing feedback about your manager. People who don't participate too much in Slack or company activities should be reached out to by the HR/ES team and checked to make sure they're happy too!

Review from Content Dept

Open communication, leadership being available and not closed off to line employees. We have amazing people, the company could be amazing if our survey results were actioned, instead of the whims of our VC and Board investors
