Kathryn Mary Murray — CFO, Principal Accounting Officer, Senior VP, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary at A. H. Belo

Ms. Kathryn Mary Murray, also known as Katy, has been Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary at A. H. Belo Corporation since April 2015 and has been its Principal Accounting Officer since May 1, 2015. Ms. Murray served as the Chief Financial Officer of SourceHOV, Inc. from November 2011 to April 2013. Subsequent to SourceHOV's acquisition by Citi Venture Capital Investment in April 2013, Ms. Murray served in an advisory role to the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of SourceHOV until April 2014. She served as the Chief Financial Officer of SourceHOV, LLC since November 1, 2011 until 2014. She has over 19 years of combined financial and executive management experience. Ms. Murray served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pivot3, Inc. since October 2010 and assumed worldwide responsibility for its financial, legal and manufacturing operations. She served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Taleo Corp. from August 2006 to October 1, 2010 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. She joined Taleo in 2006 to direct the worldwide financial and legal operations of its finance, accounting and legal teams. In her tenure, she oversaw the successful completion of multiple financial transactions including a $150-million primary offering in November 2010 and an $80-million secondary offering in July 2007. She also played a leadership role in the successful completion of five acquisitions including a $125-million consolidation acquisition and a $125-million strategic acquisition into an emerging market. Ms. Murray served as the Chief Financial Officer of Exlservice Holdings, Inc. (formerly, EXL Services, Inc.) from June 2005 to September 15, 2006 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer and Vice President until September 15, 2006. Prior to EXL, she served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of i2 Technologies from January 2004 to May 2005. She was responsible for the worldwide finance and accounting functions of i2. She served as Principal Accounting Officer of i2 Technologies, Inc. until May 31, 2005 and served as its Vice President since November 2002. She held various leadership positions within the finance and accounting organization at i2 Technologies, from February 1998 to December 2003. Prior to i2 Technologies, she worked for more than four years at Paymentech, the largest US based processor of internet transactions as the Director of Accounting. Ms. Murray received a Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
