Andrean R. Horton — Executive VP, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary at A. Schulman

Ms. Andrean R. Horton has been the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of A. Schulman, Inc. since September 1, 2016. Ms. Horton served as Vice President, Secretary and Assistant General Counsel of A. Schulman, Inc. until September 1, 2016. She served as Senior Corporate Counsel for USCAN & LATAM and Assistant Secretary at A. Schulman, Inc. since April 2015. She joined A. Schulman in 2010 as its Senior Corporate Counsel of Americas. Ms. Horton provided counsel on a wide range of legal issues, including intellectual property, real estate, contracts, labor and employment, compliance and litigation. She served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of The Bartech Group, Inc. since May 2008. She served as Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Compliance at YRC Worldwide, Inc. She has wealth of legal expertise to Bartech including a focus on legal and regulatory compliance, labor and employment, environmental matters, intellectual property, real estate and litigation. She is active participant in the community serving on several boards of directors. She is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the State Bar of Ohio and the State Bar of Michigan. Ms. Horton received her Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and graduated with Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
