Flexibility in sales to earn more

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel the benefits are the absolute worse. Went from a known, reputable benefits Co. to some unknown, newish company that is barely accepted and when it is, deductible is so obscenely high and only covers 5%of prescriptions, it feels like you have no insurance at all.

Finding a better job with an owner who realizes their employees are the reason they are in business.
