Stephen Thompson — VP of Finance, Chief Accounting Officer, Treasurer & Secretary at Abeona Therapeutics

Mr. Stephen B. Thompson has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President of Finance, Secretary and Treasurer of Abeona Therapeutics Inc. formerly known as PlasmaTech Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. since January 1, 2015. Mr. Thompson consulted with the Abeona Therapeutics Inc. from December 1, 2013 to December 31, 2014. Mr. Thompson previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Abeona Therapeutics Inc. formerly known as PlasmaTech Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. from 1996 to November 25, 2013 and its Vice President from 2000 to November 25, 2013 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer, Secretary and Treasurer until November 25, 2013. From 1990 to 1996, he served as a Controller and Administration Manager at Abeona Therapeutics Inc. From 1989 to 1990, Mr. Thompson served as Controller of Robert E. Woolley, Inc. where he was responsible for accounting, finances and investor relations. From 1985 to 1989, he served as Controller of OKC Limited Partnership where he was responsible for accounting, finances and SEC reporting. From 1975 to 1985, he held various accounting and finance positions with Santa Fe International Corporation. Mr. Thompson holds a BS in Accounting from San Diego State University-California State University.
