Ms. Eva M. Sage-Gavin has been Senior Managing Director of Talent & Organization Practice at Accenture plc since January 9, 2018. She served as Senior Vice President of Global Talent Organization of Oracle America, Inc. (formerly, Sun Microsystems Inc.), since July 2002 and also served as its Vice President of Human Resources, Computer Systems, Network Storage and Worldwide Operations from August 2000 to June 2002. Ms. Sage-Gavin served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Disney Consumer Products, a division of The Walt Disney Company from August 1997 to July 2000. In addition, She served in various senior human resources leadership positions for The PepsiCo Corporation, including its Taco Bell division and for Xerox Corporation. She was Vice Chairman of the Aspen Institute's Skills for America's Future Advisory Board, worked directly with senior White House leaders, community colleges and corporations to build skilled workforces. She serves on the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations Advisory Board and Cornell Advanced Human Resource Studies Center Board. Ms. Sage-Gavin works with the President's Council of Cornell Women. In addition, she serves on the University of Southern California's Center for Effective Organizations Advisory Board. She has been a Director of TalentSky, Inc. since March 2015 and served as Director of BroadSoft, Inc. from March 1, 2016 to February 1, 2018. She serves as a Member of the Human Resource Policy Association Board of Directors. She served as a Director of Sapient Corp. since April 12, 2013 to February 6, 2015. A supporter of several educational and nonprofit organizations, She is active in her community and serves on a number of Industry Group Boards. In 2002, the Santa Clara YWCA gave She is a Talented Women in Industry award. Ms. Sage-Gavin holds a Bachelor's degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.
