The leadership team needs to communicate more with employees and themselves. No one's ever on the same page.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We don't have benefits and as an employee, you basically have to teach yourself the job. The training last one week and you're on your own.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There should be more time spent working and less time spreading rumors and gossiping.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The managers shouldn't show favoritism amongst the employees. Everyone should get the same opportunities depending on their experience.
