The compensation was poor compared to the high workloads we handled.
The compensation was ridiculously low. They were earning good but didn't bother to offer financial or career growth to people.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It was terrible. I am glad that I escaped this place. The mangers was an awful person who talked rudely and disrespectfully to everyone and considered them nothing. It was a pain to even take to this person.
