Julie Hodges has served as our Chief People Officer since September 2021.
Prior to joining Activision Blizzard, Julie served as a Human Resource executive for 21 years at The Walt Disney Company and worked across multiple disciplines and diverse businesses. Julie was Senior Vice President for Corporate HR, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition, where she developed strategies to attract and retain top talent and to support the growth strategies and values of the Company. Earlier in her career, she led HR for Disney’s largest global business segment, Parks and Resorts, with over 120K employees.
Julie received a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
