What is the best part about your compensation package?

Paycheck is not really bad, but leadership makes it worse.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have to work 1-2 hours of overtime each day but they won't pay me for it because the sales people abused it so now no one gets overtime.
