Everyone in my team was a team man , they keep company above self interest and we're very enthusiastic .

Regular meetings were organised and they believe in giving free hand to workers but monitor them . Fair approach in selecting candidate for any post and highly competitive employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
Environment , enthusiastic people around me , helping people and workers and was satisfied with the roles and responsibilities and I believe in executing it properly and on time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoyed working in Aditya Birla Insulators as an intern , I loved the work environment and culture and found my seniors very helpful. Managers are competitive and easily approachable. This make Aditya Birla Insulators unique.
