Ms. Cynthia A. Stoddard, also known as Cindy, has been Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Adobe Systems Incorporated since June 13, 2016. Ms. Stoddard leads the strategy, development and deployment of a scalable technology and business infrastructure to support Adobe's cloud platform business which includes Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Document Cloud. Ms. Stoddard served as Chief Information Officer of NetApp, Inc. since July 28, 2015 and served as its Senior Vice President. Ms. Stoddard served as Chief Technology Officer of Customer Solutions of NetApp, Inc. until July 28, 2015. Ms. Stoddard is responsible for providing a long-term technology vision that supports and is aligned with the NetApp strategies and goals, business plans, operating requirements and overall efficiencies. Ms. Stoddard provides leadership to the Global IT organization to enable delivery of worldwide business solutions and infrastructure that support the NetApp's growth. Additionally, she acts as the primary advocate of NetApp to external markets to promote further awareness of the NetApp on NetApp initiative. She has over 25 years of business experience and IT expertise leading large global organizations in supply chain, retail and technology companies and She also has experience as an IT professional, specialising in the transportation and logistics field. She served as Chief Information Officer of NOL Group and was responsible for strategy development, design and implementation of a wide range of information systems and processes, to streamline and standardise day-to-day business processes for the Group's customers worldwide. Ms. Stoddard joined NOL Group in 2001, as Vice President/Chief Information Officer of Enterprise Shared Services and was responsible for all NOL Group information technology support such as computer operations, elecommunications, networking, messaging, security, systems architecture and database management. She served as Chief Information Officer of NetApp, Inc. Before joining NetApp in 2010, she served as Group Vice President of Information Technology at Safeway Inc. and has an executive and technical IT roles in both U.S. and global companies. Ms. Stoddard joined CEVA Freight Management International Group, Inc. (Circle International Group Inc.) in September 1998 as its Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Communications Systems and Chief Information Officer and was responsible for managing Circle's global information technology and communications systems. From June 1997 to July 1998, Ms. Stoddard served as Vice President of Information Services at the Emery Worldwide, subsidiary of CNF Transportation Inc. Prior to June 1997, she served as Director of Information Systems for Emery. Ms. Stoddard served as Vice President and Director of Information Services for Emery Worldwide, a subsidiary of CNF, a US$2.4 billion worldwide airfreight integrator and freight forwarder. Prior to that, she worked for Consolidated Freightways in 1981 as a systems analyst. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Western New England University, from which she graduated cum laude and an MBA from Marylhurst University.
