Ms. Donna Morris has been the President at TubeMogul, Inc. since December 19, 2016. Ms. Morris has been Senior Vice President of People and Places at Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited since 2007. Ms. Morris has been Executive Vice President of Customer & Employee Experience at Adobe Systems Incorporated since January 31, 2016. She served as Senior Vice President of Customer and Employee Experience at Adobe Systems Incorporated since November 22, 2015 until January 31, 2016 and served as its Senior Vice President of People and Places until November 22, 2015. Ms. Morris leads an organization focused on driving Adobe's workforce strategy including talent acquisition, development, rewards and workplace experience for 12,000+ employees worldwide. She focused on retaining Adobe's core values that have contributed to it being recognized as an exceptional place to grow, develop and make an impact. She served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Adobe Systems Inc. since March 2007. During her career, she has led both generalist and specialist human resources functions in the high technology, communications and government fields. Prior to becoming Senior Vice President in March 2007, she held several other management positions within Adobe People Resources, providing leadership to Adobe's global organizational and people activities. Before joining Adobe, Ms. Morris served as Vice President of Human Resources and Training at Accelio Corporation (formerly known as JetForm Corporation) since December 1999. Prior to this, Ms. Morris held several other management positions within Adobe Human Resources, providing leadership to its global human resources activities. She joined Jetform Corp. in February 1998 as Manager of Human Resources. Prior to Jetform Corp., Ms. Morris served as Manager of Human Resources of Fulcrum Technologies from November 1997 to February 1998 and as a Human Resources Generalist from November 1996 to November 1997. She has twelve years of experience in both the private and public sectors. She serves on the board of directors for the Adobe Foundation. She served as a Director of Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties in California. She serves on the Foothill-DeAnza Community College Industry Advisory Council and a mentor with C100, a non-profit that supports Canadian technology entrepreneurship. She has earned several industry honors, including Human Resources Professional of the Year in Ottawa, Canada and the Silicon Valley YWCA's Tribute to Women (TWIN) Award. Ms. Morris holds a Bachelor's degree from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada and holds the Senior HR Professional (SHRP) and Canadian Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
