- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Most people seem happy to do the work they do. People generally aren't complaining like other places I've worked at. The few sour people tend to weed themselves out.
- What are some of the best things about your team?People seem happy to be working there. Remote work provides the flexibility to get work done while leading a normal life. I think this leads to coworkers being happier.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The base pay isn't extraordinary, but it's reasonable. The 401k plan is pretty lacking in options, and there is no 401k match.
