Mr. Roger D. Shannon has been Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance, Secretary and Corporate Treasurer at ADTRAN, Inc. since November 14, 2015 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Shannon served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Steel Technologies LLC (alternate name is Steel Technologies, Inc.), a subsidiary of NuMit LLC since July 24, 2006 until November 2015 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until November 2015. He served as Assistant Treasurer and Director of Treasury of Brown-Forman Corporation from 1997 to 2006. Mr. Shannon served as Assistant Vice President of Brown-Forman Corporation. He began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick. He held various financial positions with Vulcan Materials, Lexmark International and Brown and Williamson Tobacco Corporation, where he served as Senior Investment Analyst. He has been Director of CafePress Inc. since November 1, 2016. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Shannon holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Terry Graduate School of Business at the University of Georgia and a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Auburn University.
