Steven D. Booker — President of Retail at AdvancePierre Foods

Mr. Steven D. Booker, also known as Steve, has been President of Retail at AdvancePierre Foods, Inc. since November 19, 2015. Mr. Booker served as President of Retail at AdvancePierre Foods Holdings, Inc. since November 19, 2015 until June 7, 2017. Mr. Booker lead the AdvancePierre's second largest business unit, which collaborates with club, mass merchandise and grocery chains to provide branded, private-brand and licensed products. He also plays a significant role in growing AdvancePierre's private-label business, which accounts for more than a quarter of the retail portfolio. He started his career in home care products with Procter & Gamble and The Clorox Company before transitioning into the food industry. He served as Senior Vice President of Customer Development at ConAgra Foods from June 2014 to November 2015, where he oversaw a 200-member team responsible for the development of customer-facing capabilities to drive growth across ConAgra Foods branded and private label businesses. Prior to this role, Mr. Booker served as Senior Vice President, Private Brand Sales and Vice President and General Manager, Frozen at ConAgra Foods. He spent the last 13 years at ConAgra Foods. He is a proven strategist with deep knowledge of the retail channel. Mr. Booker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.
