Overall I am happy here. We are experiencing some very real growing pains, though.

I like the mix of short and long term compensation.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like helping people and I get to do that a lot in my role. My best days are ones where I can solve problems.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is dedicated and hard working and always wants to do the right thing. They support one another and have each other's backs at all times.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the mix of finance experience and enterprise sales experience across the leadership team. I also like that they ask for feedback often and take action on what they hear.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is a startup with a legacy - which is unique. We are working extremely hard on a large project, which is taxing. There are a lot of ideas to form and foster culture.
