Mr. Spyros Gianniotis has been the Chief Financial Officer of Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. since September 1, 2008. Mr. Gianniotis served for 21 years in various positions in major banks in Greece and USA. For seven years, he served as an Assistant General Manager and Head of Shipping at Piraeus Bank, A.E. Mr. Gianniotis served for Citibank N.A. in both New York and Athens and held the position of Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager. He has been Deputy Chairman of NewLead Holdings Limited since March 2013 and has been its Non-Executive Director since October 13, 2009. Mr. Gianniotis holds a BA degree in Economics and Sociology from Queens College and an MBA in Finance from Wagner College. He holds an MS in Transportation Management from NY Maritime College in 1985. He holds executive certificate from Pace University.
