During his 10+ years in-house, Mr. Debenham served in several senior executive, general counsel positions in the areas of semiconductor equipment and financial services with both public and pre-public companies. He was in private practice from December 1989 to April 1998 with the law firm of Jackson Tufts Cole & Black, LLP and served as a Partner with its Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Debenham is a Graduate of Stanford University and the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
