Mr. Benjamin Langille, also known as Ben, serves as Senior Vice President of Legal & Compliance and Senior Counsel at Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. Mr. Langille oversees AMG's corporate legal functions and has primary responsibility for the legal execution of AMG's investments in new Affiliates. Prior to joining AMG in 2008, Mr. Langille was a Corporate Attorney with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and then Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Langille serves on the Board of Trustees of the Essex County Community Foundation. Mr. Langille received a B.A. from Colby College and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.
