Mr. Dean A. Maines has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Affiliated Managers Group Inc. since 2009. Mr. Maines was responsible for overseeing AMG's accounting, tax and financial reporting functions. Prior to joining AMG, Mr. Maines was a partner at Deloitte & Touche where he was responsible for audit, tax and internal control services to Deloitte's largest investment management clients and spent time in Tokyo and London serving in Deloitte's Global Financial Services Industry practice. Mr. Maines received a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
