Previously, he served at Merrill Lynch & Co. in the Financial Institutions Group. Mr. Weston is a Senior Member of the Affiliate Development group, working with Affiliates on operational and strategic matters. Mr. Weston received a B.S.E. degree in Operational Research and Financial Engineering and a Certificate in Finance from Princeton University.
