Jeffrey T. Cerutti — Chief Executive Officer of AMG Funds at Affiliated Managers Group

Mr. Jeffrey T. Cerutti, also known as Jeff, has been the Chief Executive Officer of AMG Funds at Affiliated Managers Group Inc. since March 25, 2014. In this role, Mr. Cerutti is responsible for evolving and executing AMG's strategy for its U.S. retail distribution business, AMG Funds, which has approximately $80 billion in assets under management and administration. He is based in Norwalk, Conn. He served as the Executive Vice President and Head of Distribution at Virtus Investment Partners, Inc until April 1, 2014. He was responsible for the distribution, positioning, messaging, and marketing of Virtus Investment Partners's products across all distribution platforms. He also managed Virtus Investment Partners's relationships with its retail distribution partners, including national and regional wirehouse firms, independent broker-dealers, and registered investment advisors. He was Head of Marketing and Head of Retail Distribution at Virtus Investment Partners. He rejoined Virtus Investment Partners in 2010. He served as Managing Director, Head of National Sales and Head of Third-Party Sales at UBS Global Asset Management, where he led the distribution efforts of UBS mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and alternative investments within various retail channels. Mr. Cerutti joined UBS in 2001. Previously, from 1999 to 2001, he worked at Phoenix Investment Partners, as National Sales Manager for the financial planner channel, following four years as National Sales Manager of Zweig Mutual Funds. Mr. Cerutti began his investment industry sales career with the Gabelli Mutual Funds in 1990. He has more extensive experience in the investment management industry. Mr. Cerutti earned a B.S. with a concentration in Business from Skidmore College.
