Ms. Tracy Soehle serves as Senior Vice President of Legal & Compliance and Senior Counsel at Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. Ms. Soehle leads AMG's Affiliate Support Team, principally responsible for overseeing global legal and regulatory compliance for AMG's Affiliates in support of their businesses and operations and also handles various legal and regulatory matters related to AMG's legal functions and operations. Prior to joining AMG in 2007, Ms. Soehle was a Senior Compliance Manager of State Street Global Advisors and was previously a Regulatory Compliance Manager of Wellington Management Company, LLP and an Attorney at the law firm Dechert, LLP. Ms. Soehle received a B.S. from Boston College and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School.
