Mr. Paul Dowling has been Vice President of Information Technology & Operations at Agilysys, Inc. since January 2017. Mr. Dowling joined Agilysys in January 2017. His team oversees strategy, planning and execution of Agilysys information technology services and the release process and operations for delivering Agilysys technology to SaaS customers. Prior to joining Agilysys, he has held technology leadership roles at organizations such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Avanade and Microsoft in the US and Ireland. His expertise spans IT strategy, application development, hosting, networking, information security, team building and agile delivery. He holds a master's degree in mathematics from University College, Dublin.
