Mr. Prakash Bhat has been Vice President and Managing Director of India at Agilysys, Inc. since August 17, 2017. Mr. Bhat has more than 30 years of work experience in technology and general management. He has an impressive track record of having been involved in building new companies from scratch and/or building a presence for established organizations in new locations. Prior to joining Agilysys Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., he served as Vice President (India Operations) & Executive Director of Radial Omnichannel Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. where he was involved in setting up a wholly-owned India Subsidiary. He earlier spent 9 successful years at Bally Technologies India, during which time it grew from 2 to about 1,200 employees in India. He played multiple roles during his stint in Bally India, including managing Technology teams, Project Management, Product Management, HR, IT, Finance and Accounts. Other Organizations that he has worked with include Accenture, iNautix and Infosys. He is also the Honorary Secretary & Treasurer of a Charitable Trust. He is an IIT, Madras and IIM, Ahmedabad alumnus.
