The Diversity score provides insights into how diverse employees feel and rate their work experience at AIM Consulting across various culture dimensions.
At AIM, fostering diversity, equality, and inclusion is personal. AIM has partnered with our parent company, Addison Group, to build a Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI) presence, extending to our client partners.
Our Learning and Development team at Addison Group fosters a firm-wide steering task force committee that ensures all candidates and employees are included, accepted, and welcomed. The committee chooses quarterly topics focused on educational efforts around racial injustice, inclusion, community, and company culture.
AWCC: Employee-run AIM Woman's Consultant Community. The group holds monthly speaker sessions on inclusion, hardships, and diversity, specifically in tech.
DEI Taskforce: AIM, along with its Parent company Addison Group, has created a DEI (Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion) task force comprised of 17 individuals who have a genuine interest in guiding the company towards better practices that are diverse, equitable, and inclusive. They focus on five major areas; strategy, education, communication, hiring, and HR policies.
Quarterly Book Club: Our monthly book club is open to all organization members. Book selections include real-world, current events, and social topics to promote creating a diversified network.
