Some intermediate managers does not meet the ethical requirements that the company tries to convince us to follow.

Stop covering up bad employees negative actions. The good people are all leaving while the rest of us find another job to escape the mental gymnastics of our manager covering for certain employees.

health insurance. I can get blown up or poisoned at any point throughout the day but health insurance for bare minimum coverage for a amrried couple with no kids is $600?

Fairness when compared to sales and management

transparency . im happy to give my best for my job each day. but i need what i deserve

Accountibility of top management to wait for them to see the results of their implemented policy and not changing the mamagement positions without seeing the resuts.

They do not care about diversity, just focusing on the political aspect of promotions, bringing to the roles those who are more convenient for the leadership team

Better management better educated in people skills!!

Everything is great when the supervisor and employees are there when the plant manager comes in the whole atmosphere changes because everybody does not get along with the plant manager

My manager does not react until the deadline showing that there is no real interest

Streamline it. Took 4 months from start to finish

Speed it up. Recruiters have knowledge about the role. Local recruitment would be nice

Better targeted selection process is required.

Bring in management who don't lie to the customers and employees

Management is a weak point. Nobody is decisive. I had a feeling that some people are just waiting to reach retirement.
