Corning F. Painter — Executive Vice President of Industrial Gases at Air Products and Chemicals

Mr. Corning F. Painter has been an Executive Vice President of Industrial Gases at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. since 2015 and served as its Interim President of Industrial Gases - Americas. Mr. Painter served as Senior Vice President of Merchant Gases at Air Products Singapore Pte. Ltd. since October 2013 until October 2014. He had overall responsibility for developing and implementing strategy for Air Products global Merchant Gases business. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Merchant Gases at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. since 2014. He served as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Air Products & Chemicals Inc., since September 2012 until October 2013. He served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Technology & Supply Chain at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. from July 2011 to September 14, 2012. Mr. Painter served as vice president and general manager of Global Electronics at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. from 2006 to July 2011. He served as General Manager of Korea operations and Taiwan Operations at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. He served as Regional Vice President and General Manager forAsia Electronics divisions of Air Products Asia, Inc., a Subsidiary of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. He was responsible for developing and implementing the global strategy for Air Products' Electronics business. He joined Air Products in 1984 as a participant in the company's Career Development Program and subsequently progressed through a variety of commercial and operating positions. In 1992 he joined the Electronics Division where he led its MEGASYS??? on-site services business and semiconductor business development department. In 1996, Mr. Painter relocated to Austin, Texas, where he managed the Mid-America electronics business and in 2000 he was appointed general manager of the European Electronics Division. He relocated to Asia in 2002 as the regional vice president for Air Products Asia Electronics. In 2004, he was appointed regional vice president, Asia Electronics. He served as Chairman of Air Products San Fu. He served as Director of INOX Air Products Private Limited until December 15, 2015. He is the Founder of a youth soccer club which provides expatriate and local children the opportunity to play together, compete and build relationships and skills. Mr. Painter received a B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 1984. He is a Certified Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
