Provide genuine rewards and listen to what employees are saying. A box of donuts and bagels on Friday is scant compenation for putting up with a poor work culture.

Work for Akima and have the boys club introduce you to cheap foreign misstresses looking for a free meal ticket, alcohol addiction, and bar fights. Over 50+ and caucasian preferred. Just call it brunch.
